If you want to transfer your data to another provider, we will deliver the data in a machine-readable format within 30 days.

You have the right to erasure (the “right to be forgotten”). Upon your request, we will delete all your personal data from our system within 30 days. Legal obligations (e.g., tax document retention) may require us to retain certain data; in that case, we will delete everything else not subject to such obligations. You will be notified by email once deletion is complete.
