Welcome to Bambi Boutique Rooms! To ensure a pleasant and hassle-free stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to follow the rules below:

 

Check-in and Identification

  • When booking accommodation, guests must present a valid ID (identity card, passport, or other valid identification document).

 

Arrival and Departure Time

  • Check-in is possible at any time.
  • Check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
  • If the guest does not vacate the room on time, an additional day may be charged.

 

Cleaning and Linen Change

  • No regular cleaning is provided for stays up to 7 days.
  • Bed linen is changed once a week.

 

Security and Responsibility

  • Locks automatically engage 5 seconds after unlocking.
  • The entrance hallway and kitchenette are monitored by a camera system.

 

Quiet Hours

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM and must be respected by all guests.

 

Smoking

  • Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building. Violations may result in a fine.

 

Pets

  • Pets are not allowed.

 

Damages and Liability

  • Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property in accordance with applicable laws.

 

Visitors

  • Guests must inform the host in advance about any visitors in the apartment.
  • Visitors are allowed until 10:00 PM.

 

Entry to the Apartment

  • The host has the right to enter the apartment during the stay to perform duties (maintenance, inspection, cleaning).

 

Use of Equipment

  • Guests must not move equipment, perform repairs, or tamper with the electrical system or other installations.
  • Only personal hygiene appliances (e.g., shaver, hairdryer) are allowed.

 

Waste and Trash

  • Solid waste is collected in sealable and washable containers and regularly taken out.

 

Complaints and Suggestions

  • Complaints and suggestions for improving the accommodation service can be submitted via the contact form on our website.

 

Responsibility for Children

  • Children are the responsibility of the person with whom they are registered for the stay.
  • It is not advisable to leave children unattended in the room or in other parts of the facility.
